The Prunerie (8 guests)

This ancient cottage was once the village prunerie, where its residents would cook the famous plums of the region over an open fire. Restored and renovated for simplicity and elegance, the building takes its visitors back to another era. Guests at the Prunerie also enjoy a private saltwater swimming pool with views of the prairie and woods in the distance.

Descriptive

Completely independent of view and noise, this house of 120m² is SOUTH facing, the terrace is covered with a courtyard and located next to the pool which is secured by a wrought iron fence. The pool is private and salt, its size is 8m by 4m and the depth is 1.40m. The pool is equipped with sun bathing and beach umbrellas. The building consists of two parts:

- WEST part : There is a double bedroom (bed 140cm), one of the two bathrooms in the room and a toilet. The access to the SOUTH terrace is possible by the room (with several sofas and a TV), the dining room is independent and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven and gas hob. ...).

- EAST part : Ground floor double bedroom (with a bed of 140cm) composed oven prunes is EAST facing , above a large mezzanine accommodates four single beds (90cm). In this section there is a second bathroom and a separate toilet.

TIPS : This house is ideal for two couples and four children, it can be rented for 2-8 people. EAST part of this house can be independent through a door that can be closed and locked.
